Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
As a small independent business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. The cost to process and handle returned fragrances, which must be destroyed once opened or returned, is a cost we cannot absorb at our scale. For this reason, all sales are final.
Lost, Missing or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, misdelivered, or lost during transit. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. However, we always do our best to help in these situations, if an issue arises please email us at hello@leptismagna.co and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@leptismagna.co if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
