Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand soon.

 

How long does shipping take?

Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days, and once your order is processed expect delivery to take 3-5 business days. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

 

Where are your perfumes made?

Our perfume oils are produced in Grasse, France, and our bottles and packaging are manufactured in the UAE.

 

Do you use AI-generated art on your bottles or packaging?

No, all Leptis Magna artwork is created by talented human artists and we proudly credit them. Our visuals reflect the emotion and storytelling behind each fragrance, not AI generation.

 

How should I store my perfume?

Store your perfume in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

 

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes are formulated according to IFRA guidelines and go through numerous quality and tolerance checks, but as with all fragrance products, we recommend patch testing prior to full use if you have sensitive skin.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately our business is not at a scale where we can accept returns or exchanges on any products (view our refund policy). All sales are final.
